To ensure the longevity of your clothing, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label. In general, most of our items can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low heat. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach, and consider air-drying to maintain colors and fabric integrity. Make sure to turn it inside out.

We provide detailed sizing charts for each product to help you find the perfect fit. Simply refer to the size guide and compare them to your own to determine the best size for you.

Most of our clothing is made of 100% natural fibers to care or your child's skin which are prone to shrinkage. However, our fabrics are treated and tested for shrinkage and as a result should not experience any significant shrinkage under recommended wash instructions. Please make sure to check the care instructions on all your new Capsules to ensure that they last and keep their famous softness.

Ordering / Account

You can place an order with Colour Capsules online through our website or via Instagram & Facebook

While we do encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering for reward points and exclusive discounts, you can always place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Checkout as Guest” when checking out to complete your order without an account.

There are several factors that can affect when an item is restocked, both in our control and outside of it. The best way to check to see whether an item is restocked is to click on the "Notify Me" button on the product page or regularly check back on our website.

After an order is placed, we might be able to change it, if it hasn't been already shipped. Otherwise, we'll need to file for an exchange. In all cases, we're here to help you get the most satisfactory experience.

Shipping & Returns

We have a variety of shipping options for both our domestic and our international customers. You can find full details on our shipping methods, their costs, and how long they take to arrive during checkout.

When shipping within Egypt, our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive after the order was placed. Once an order is received, we reserve that inventory and work to get it delivered as quickly as possible. We recommend placing orders as early as possible, and we thank you for your patience!

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. If you placed your order as a registered customer, you could also find your tracking information in your order history on My Account page.

Yes, we do! You will find full details about shipping to international countries during checkout.

We happily accept returns for unwashed, un-worn items within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Depending on how you submitted your order and how you paid, you can send back merchandise via our website, or by contacting our customer support via any channel.

We are so sorry that you received a defective product! Please contact us directly at clientcare@colourcapsules.com or via chat on social media or our direct contact number for further assistance and we'll happily make up for it.

All purchases made will be subject to the return shipping fees depending on the location.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mada, Colour Capsules Gift Cards and Cash on Delivery (within Egypt only) as payment. We do not accept checks for online / phone orders.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept multiple credit cards as payment on a single order.

Colour Capsules does not store any credit card information in any of our systems. When your order is submitted, your credit card information is tokenized and is not stored anywhere in our systems.
